Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Program – Blue Cape Security

By participating in the affiliate program offered by Blue Cape Security, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility: Individuals who wish to become affiliates must apply and provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Applications will be manually reviewed, and approval or denial will be at the sole discretion of Blue Cape Security. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing any reason.
2. Unique Referral Link: Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique referral link that they can share with others. This referral cookie will expire after 7 days, after which any referrals made will not generate commissions.
3. Commission: Affiliates will earn a commission of 10-35% on any sale made through their unique referral link. However, affiliates will not receive any commissions on their own purchases.
4. Exclusions: Commissions will not be calculated on taxes, discounts, or any other additional fees that may apply.
5. Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the affiliate program, engage in fraudulent activities, or manipulate referrals will result in a permanent ban from the program. Blue Cape Security reserves the right to withhold any commissions if such abuse is suspected or detected.
6. Non-Association: Affiliates must not claim to be, or act on behalf of, Blue Cape Security. They are acting as independent affiliates and should not misrepresent their affiliation with our company.
7. Transparency: Affiliates are encouraged to openly disclose that they are providing an affiliate link when promoting Blue Cape Security’s products or services.
8. Payment: Commissions will be paid out once every month via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their PayPal account details are accurate and up-to-date.
9. Modification of Terms: Blue Cape Security reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are expected to review and comply with the updated terms.
